The Latest and Greatest from TrailblazerDX '22: A Recap of Salesforce's Event
After two years of streaming, holding the event only by means of webinar, the ‘22 TrailblazerDX finally brought the community back together in person! This year's event included inspirational community leaders, product experts, and Salesforce executives from Customer 360, MuleSoft, Slack, and Tableau. In other words, the whole Salesforce ecosystem was involved and present.
Below, we have provided a quick rundown of the most interesting product announcements from this year’s TrailblazerDX.
“I have enjoyed increasing my potential customers, and I hope to reach more of them.”
Keep track of all your ecosystem certifications in one place.
One of our favorite updates is that now, with a Trailblazer.me profile, you can show your expertise across the entire Salesforce ecosystem. The certifications area previously displayed only Salesforce certifications, but now Ecosystem Certifications (Slack, Mulesoft, or Tableau CRM) are available, allowing you to showcase your credentials.
New Salesforce Certifications
We received the news of not one, but two new certifications at TrailblazerDX. The Business Analyst and Strategy Designer professional certificates were announced at TDX.
Strategy Designer is available on Trailhead and you can schedule your exam after May 23rd.
New Ranger ranks!
Now, anyone who earns 200 or more badges will be eligible to become a Double Star Ranger. You may even become an All-Star Ranger if you collect 600 or more badges. This is a well-deserved accolade for all of the time and effort that community members have invested in earning these badges.
The new ranks are expected to be available by Winter '23.
Salesforce DevOps Center
DevOps itself is such a significant step forward in comparison to old change-set processes.
The DevOps Center will provide a more user-friendly experience for change and release management, not just for modern and robust users but also for collaborative interactions between declarative and programmatic developers throughout the DevOps process.
The public beta of DevOps Center is expected to start in June. We can’t wait to see how the new DevOps Center will help salesforce admins and developers!
Flows integrations
Salesforce introduced several new capabilities and features for Flows. Slack, MuleSoft, and Tableau were among the companies that got integrated into Salesforce's automation suite. We still need to wait until future releases to know all about these changes, but they each sound promising -- letting customers leverage the potential of seamless platform integrations in a single place.
That’s a wrap on TrailblazerDX ‘22! We hope you enjoyed our recap of the event. Be sure to check out the rest of our blog for more insights and information about Salesforce and its products. And don’t forget to share this post with your friends and colleagues who might find it helpful!
